Delegates Hansen and Hornbuckle move to amend Com Sub for HB4600 on page 5, Section 5, lines 110 and 111, by restoring the current law language stricken out on lines 110 and 111 which reads " the hour at which the board of canvassers convenes to begin the canvass," and striking out the new language on line 111 which reads "8:00 p.m. on the day of the election before such ballot may be counted."
